"Problems with various mental health services"

There were a number of inaccuracies on my care and treatment plan and support plan that were put on there by mental health services which did not reflect my lived reality.   I was not able to deal with this on my own as mental health services would not listen to my concerns and this impacted negatively on my mental health.   After getting in touch with ASC, I was allocated an Independent Mental Health Advocate who has been providing me with extensive support so I have been able to have a voice, and express my needs and concerns to these services.   The service I have received from my Independent Mental Health Advocate has been outstanding and they have gone over and above what is required in order to help put things right.
