"The whole process was so efficient"

I am a local GP & had two episodes of a very fast heartbeat. A phone all was made to the cardiology hub and I had an appointment within a couple of hours. My nurse Janet was so kind and caring to me. She took my blood & sent them immediately so my results would be back as soon as possible. An ecg was done and Dr Peace, the cardiologist came to talk to me. The whole process was so efficient & as a patient, I felt completely reassured and looked after. It was amazing to not have to sit in A& E for hours and to be seen by experienced clinicians specific to my problem. I am very impressed with this service & will definitely use it for my own patients
