The service I received from Southall Medical Centre during the coronavirus has been really outstanding. I have found it so easy to get in touch with the surgery by telephone and discuss my concerns with the clinicians.
It was really reassuring to always hear a familiar voice of the doctors on the telephone rather than face to face
I have found the online services useful as well and it is so easy to submit my prescriptions online and for my family.
My father is shielding and he has also been rung by the surgery a few times which he is really grateful for
This surgery has really gone above my expectations during this pandemic and are doing such a good service
