"Poor Service"

About: Half Penny Steps Health Centre

I had an appointment over the phone with the doctor due to Covid 19. When the doctor phoned she didn't introduce herself by her name and she didn't ask who she wanted to speak to, just assumed that I am the one she needs to talk too. No telephone manners and very patronising. I did not find her helpful at all.
