"Exemplary Practice & Authentic Care 🌟"

I became a client at Pembroke Road this week, and write this review about my positive experience, having been recommended to the practise by my partner, and his family.

I suffer ongoing physical and mental health issues that are challenging and sensitive, but I spoke to a doctor whose authenticity facilitated a positive change in the way I viewed my present health puzzle. She was gentle and considerate, and I finished our phone call feeling brave and sagacious.

Our telephone appointment ended at 12:48, and by 13:31, St. Michaels EPU had called to triage and book an appointment forty eight hours later! The expeditiousness was seriously impressive, and I feel that the doctor in question had a particular macroscopic sensitivity to my complicated needs.

I believe that good service always filters down from the top, the other clinicians, managers and nurses, so thank you all for your support. I would strongly suggest that you register with Pembroke if you are lucky enough to be in their catchment area.
