"Fantastic service over COVID-19 period"

I have had a number of phone consultations during the COVID-19 period for ongoing conditions. I have been extremely happy with the care and advice given to me each time - Drs have been kind, courteous, and ready and willing to listen to my concerns each and every time. This is made all the more exceptional due to the pressures the NHS is under at the moment. In fact, the phone service is so excellent, I would like it to continue when normal service returns if possible. I am able to speak to the Dr that I need to, and on my day of choice, so continuity of care and ease of use has been even better than normal. Well done all for such a fantastic service.
