New guidelines due to covid have lead to an amazingly improved service. Rang up at 1.30pm,telephoned back by the doctor at 3PM,asked to submit more info on line for her to look at....by 5PM had a text telling me my prescription was waiting at the pharmacy. Brilliant service,no wait for appointments, no travel time.Efficient and definitely the way forward.Well done.
