"I rang doctor"

About: Kingsway Surgery

I rang to see a doctor after recieving counselling with their advice. The receptionist asked very personal questions. In speaking to the doctor I felt they didn't want to listen & kept referring me to a counsellor even though I'd explained many times they had referred me to speak to a doctor. The doctor then said you've got a few more minutes would you like to tell me. I was left feeling very unnassured after putting the phone down. I realise I'm not that I.portant as other people are more in need of help with the Corona virus etc but feel deflated.
