"Friendly, courteous, helpful and supportive"

I am sad to read previous reviews as many appear negative but I can say my experience over the past 6 months has been a pleasure. Yes we have to wait for someone to answer

our calls but they are always busy and could probably do with someone just answering calls to help alleviate some of the immense pressure they are under. I sympathise and support them as opposed to getting angry and upset. I can say I have received wonderful treatment from the doctors and friendly, supportive and efficient service from the support staff. Under the immense pressure the NHS is under I think we should all be more understanding and supportive of all the staff at the Broadway Surgery. They are trying their best and I can absolutely testify the service, attitude and help is outstanding. I appreciate and thank them.
