"Brilliant care "

I was taken by ambulance due to extreme pain.

From the beginning.. excellent care/understanding given by 2 lady paramedics, ilminster based. The Drs and nurses H/As in A&E were lovely, kind, outstanding... then sent to Ambulatory emergency care, which I never knew existed The same here, everyone was so lovely, professional I was tested for covid-19 then sent to Kingston ward for quarantine. The staff were so sensitive to my fears and pain, which helped immensely.. Next day after my test results came back negative I then went to 7a.. like if said all the way through the care again was outstanding.. its was obvious from start to finish everyone was tired due to extra shifts... long hour's etc due to Covid-19. My experience was good.... so thank you everyone that took part in my care your understanding and professionalism x
