Reception staff are lovely and Dr's very helpful. Surprised by some of the reviews I've read. Receptionists have always been lovely and helpful. A couple of occasions I have witnessed them being spoken to like dirt which is very unfair as they work so hard and are so helpful.
Would recommend this practise to family to friends
