"Back care during the virus"

I woke up with a badly twisted spine after 2 days of agonising lower back pain. It was very distrubing. Rang NHS 24, told nurse would ring me back, she did within the hour, told doctor would ring me back, did also. Result at 09:30 appointment at KingsX Care centre in Dundee which is also a coronavirus drive-in centre. I arrived on the bus, given a face mask and advised where to go by the nice man on the gate. Receptionist v. nice and helpful. 

The doctor saw me early, was friendly, informative no hint my being there was unnecessary. Diagnosis my v. strong back muscles were in spasm. Got meds, got advice, got exercises to add to my own. Result: improvement, I'm on the mend. All during the virus.  

I cannot praise the service I received highly enough. It was in short perfect, in the context of the virus exceptional.
