"What a turnaround"

Myself had many issues over the years and at times I have been shocked with the care previously given however since the previous doctors have left, this surgery has turned around. I have seen the nurses , the advanced nurse practitioner and the female doctor , I have to say they were absolutely brilliant, caring , they listened, for the first time in years I have faith in this surgery. This surgery has gone up in my expectations. I understand that this surgery was run to the ground but this surgery has transformed and I would urge anyone to register here. They are doing a fantastic job. I have never had a problem with the receptionists but I have been a medical receptionist and it is a very pressured busy role, don’t take it personal but sometimes it can come across that we look unhappy but it isn’t that it is a tiring role and a challenging role and we all have them off days. They are nice receptionists trying to adapt to new challenges and change. Well done to you all.
