About: Russells Hall Hospital

Visited the ENT Dept on 19th June 2020, 9.30 am. I was worried as this was a fast-track referral. However, my daughter was allowed to come in with me and I was seen immediately. The doctor/consultant was very polite and put me at ease at once. The examination was carefully carried out and I couldn’t have wished for a better experience ( in the circumstances ). From the volunteer who showed us where to go, to the nurse on ENT, thank you all very much.
