(as the patient),

Just wanted to say thank you so much to the female Crew paramedics  and all  staff at Ayr hospital clinical decisions unit and emergency department. 

The paramedics were fantastic and made me feel at ease which was a scary experience having chest pain .When I got to clinical decisions unit David staff nurse was professional and caring  along  with the nursing assistant, Sorry I don’t remember her name who was on shift with David.
The dedication to their roles shines through and can’t thank them enough especially during these trying times of covid pandemic.

Dear Summer2020

Thank you very much for your kind words regarding the ambulance crew and hospital staff. It is always extremely pleasing to hear when our staff have done a good job and where patient's have experienced the benefit from this.

I'm sure it must have been very worrying for you experiencing chest pain and having to go to hospital at this time and I am glad the staff all helped make the experience somewhat less frightening for you.
