"Fantastic Quality of Care"

My 13 year old son received excellent care when being treated for a fall on his bike. On the day because of COVID 19 restrictions, we were warmly welcomed at A&E and swiftly transferred to Paediatrics Outpatients. My son had various tests and scans on the day, some of which were quite traumatic for him, however everyone we encountered were friendly, very helpful and my son was put at ease. As we also had to move a couple of times around the hospital on the day, there was always a member of staff showing us the way. I would like to especially thank, the staff in A&E, Radiology, and the lovely staff in Paediatrics. Although we had a very long day in the hospital, I felt that the staff did their absolute best under the very difficult circumstances at present. Well done Kingston Hospital!
