"Poor reception"

About: Clare Guildhall Surgery

We moved to the catchment area just before 'lockdown; and tried to register to be patients. The 'cold' recorded message was very long and irrelevant to us and the unwelcoming voice when I finally was able to speak to the receptionist was unhelpful.

You might not want any further patients, but the massage could have been framed much more pleasantly. It all sounded very negative.
