"Home delivery of meth script"

About: Halton Integrated Recovery Service

(as the patient),

I have emphysema and an above knee prosthetic. During lockdown I had to collect my script fortnightly from windmill hill pharmacy. As the months went by my lungs got worse to the point I could not get to my pharmacy. I contacted CGL and was told my new key worker was a new lady called Rebecca, I was worried she did not have the experience to resolve my problem but I was very wrong. Rebecca organised a new pharmacy who would deliver to me. I was so relieved but my immediate script had to come from windmill hill pharmacy so she cleared it so my friend could collect on my behalf. Thank you Rebecca you went over and above to help me.
