(as the patient),

I was very anxious beforehand because of "stories'I had heard. 

I had to wait about 20 minutes longer than my appointment time,but that was ok. I understand each patient before me may have needed extra time.

The nurses, consultant  and healthcare assistants were so lovely and put my mind at rest and kept me dignified throughout the whole procedure. 

Although the procedure was a little uncomfortable, it wasn't as bad as I expected. 

Considering the current situation with covid 19, I was very pleased with the treatment and care that I received and it's such a better experience at the hospital when you have lovely talkative staff who take your mind off what's going to happen.
