"my mum in hospital"

I went along to the reception area to give the staff of ward 33 somethings I wanted to give to my mother. it was at this point I broke down, on getting upset I was comforted by charlene. she took me aside, went to see the doctor and came to me with a few more positive things, I could go away feeling better for all her help, I just want to say a big thakyou charlene. I know everbody on ward 33 is doing a fantastic job in difficult circumstances, to you n all keep up the good work, x
