"Very bad service from the doctors "

It is extremely difficult to get an appointment even pre-COVID and the doctors don’t even spend more that 5 minutes on the call. Very poor service from the doctors I have spoken to so far. They are not even prepared to listen and always try and finish the call by saying call us back if you still have the same problem. I can never manage to speak to the same doctor again.

The doctors don’t explain what could be causing the symptoms or what steps need to be taken clearly. The consultation with the doctor has always ended with no diagnosis or solution.
