"Great Practice"

I was so impressed with the way the practice has managed different ways of working. I submitted an eConsult and was booked a telephone consultation within 48 hours, when previously I would have booked a same day appointment (which meant taking time off work). The doctor was able to review my psoriasis and prescribe me cream by looking at the photos I submitted. The prescription was sent to my chemist so I didn't even need to attend the practice! Will definitely use eConsult again in the near future. Well done Speedwell.
