About: Tottington Medical Practice

I visited a Dr in March been having a year round problem chest constantly booked up with phlemg, Dr prescribed nazzle spray, sent me for an X-ray, told me to make another appointment in two week. 10 days later I bring my wife to see a Dr, so I enquirer about an appointment the following week as instructed, I'm told at the desk the Dr is in next wed,Thurs, Fri, all day everyday, I ask can I make an appointment to see Dr, Told no you will have to come in on one of the days or phone on the day for an appointment, it's a Total Joke and unacceptable, when I asked why I could not make an appointment, I was told its practice policy, I told them the Dr had asked to come back, no we can't book an appointment, a few days later the lockdown was announced, I haven't been back, it's now Hay fever time it's excruciating trying to breath, even with Hayfever tablets, over the years I visit little, but when needed, not there for the patient, a relative is a practice manager in Liverpool they feel this is poor on behalf of the practice, and is not patient centred as it should be. Some address the problem, it's not rocket science, just booking appointments, that what Dr surgery's are about the patient, not petty officials.
