In lockdown its been emotional, spoke with partner and recovery based people to help me

no problems with drug use

 cgl could help  by contacting more people using facetime and more interaction

Thank you so much for your feedback, we really want to hear about your experiences of using the service.

I am sorry to hear that you have been feeling emotional during lockdown and as a service we are keen to ensure that you have access to support during this time.

Your suggestion of utilising facetime for support from the team is a really great one and we are more than happy to accommodate this if you advise your Navigator that this would be your preference. This will also be an option available to other service users who also feel that it will enhance their current experience.

We also have options available for additional check in and chats to go alongside your Navigator support to increase the amount of interactions you have from us and we will be happy to set these up for you as well as part of your support plan.

Online zoom and skype calls are now available options to SUs and can be arranged with their Recovery Navigators.
