"bad customer service"

i was inquiring how to register as new patient over the phone. the lady i spoke to was so horrible. i understand the covid situation but at least she could have provided me correct information. at first she was saying to check the tudor medical centre APP. good thing i immediately check on the app store while i was talking to her and found no app. she supposedly to say WEBSITE. however i already checked their website thats why i was calling for more information coz i didnt find any online registration option. to add, she was in so much hurry to put down the phone. so horrible.
