"I keep ringing but keep getting fobbed off"

2 appointments got cancelled because of covid. Fair enough but was running out of tablets, been ringing dermatology for over a month to get a prescription with no joy, The secretary was very rude and not helpful at all. They just kept saying my dr has left the trust and my new dr been ringing me. I said what a load of rubbish because if my phone rang I would have answered as I'm in pain and need my tablets.

Ive emailed pals who have passed it on to the Manager at dermatology and said they would ring but have they fuck, such a disgrace and they keeping me in pain. I keep ringing but keep getting fobbed off total disgrace to dermatology at the moment tut tut
