About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Emergency Department South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

Last Thursday evening, 4th June, I felt unwell and passed out. The paramedics arrived and did various tests. It was decided that I should go To Treliske for further tests.

I would like to say from the arrival of the paramedics to my being told I could go home, a period of about nine hours, my experience of the treatment I received was excellent. The staff were very professional and kept me in formed of what was happening, so ten out of ten!

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us, please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you on here. I was pleased to read that although you had a lengthy visit to our Emergency Department, you experienced excellent treatment from our professional and informative staff.
