Saturday morning my mother visited the hospital to collect some medication, she was treated by a very bubbly and helpful volunteer who took her to the ward because she was worried about getting lost. The lovely volunteer took her to the ward and waited whilst she collected and then transported her back to reception, where she then went out her way to contact me to say my mother was ready. My mother was so put at ease and so happy with the volunteer.
