"Rude receptionists."

Spoke to receptionist on my husband's behalf.Every time I have dealings with this receptionist she is rude and patronising.Having worked in the health service for thirty years myself I am appalled at her attitude.Further training in customer service and monitoring would make for a better experience for patients trying to get help.She has no empathy at all.I have also ,as per a previous review, been in reception when the phones have been ringing and ringing and staff ignoring them and chatting away.The G.P.s are great but admin. staff on the whole very disappointing.
