"Absolutely brilliant Rheumatology Dept"

I have been attending Rheumatology here for the past 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Staff are always so helpful - sometimes you may need to wait a bit longer but that's because the staff spend extra time with the patients if its needed- they are all so kind. Even the receptionists are lovely - despite having to put up with extremely rude demanding patients quiet often :(

Patients often forget they arent the only one who is ill and demand to be seen before other patients!!

I have been to numerous departments here and have always been well treated by very pleasant staff. Even as an in patient. Be nice to staff and they will be nice back - I have heard so many rude patients being horrible to the staff and it costs nothing to have manners.
