"Rude telephone assessment"

I couldn't get through the assessment, the call operator was curt, asked me personal questions in an abrupt manner, then told me I sounded irritated when I hadn't even said anything. She then told me I couldn't have two treatments at the same time when I said I was having therapy from Supporting Minds. I wouldn't recommend this service in any way.
