Our father had a massive stroke and we all were confused, upset and extremely sad. Then they said they moved him to AMU in centenary section of Lancaster hospital. We went there, no one was in hurry, everyone was the kindest people we had ever seen, from the lady who was asking for drinks to doctors and nurses. We all felt it was a piece of heaven with angels around. We all can not thank them enough. They are the real heros and my daughter is expired to join the team in helping people. Thank you NHS and thank you Acute Medical Unit staff we all love you so much
