I have had a colonoscopy twice at fvrh and both times the staff were supportive and caring and although the procedure is not nice they made the experience bearable

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback of your experience in our endoscopy department.

Staff in the department do work hard to try and ensure that the patient experience is as pleasant as we can make it. I appreciate that attending for a colonoscopy can be an anxious time for people. It is reassuring to know that you found staff to be caring and supportive.
