"The great care I received"

Had a small procedure done curettage and cautery on my ear.. from the very start david and Lesley put me at ease and explained what they would be doing for the procedure.they chatted to me while the local was going in a bit nippy but I didn’t swear hehe. We chatted all they way through and before you know it was all done. David explained what would happen once the local had worn of and what to Expect in the coming weeks explained painkillers as well. Also gave me some good tips to prevent it starting up again.so thanks david and Lesley much appreciated
