"Great Visiting Experience"

I have just received my whooping cough vaccination during my pregnancy. The surgery was, in obviously challenging circumstances for everyone; run efficiently, logically and had obviously been very well-thought out. The practice nurse was looking out for each patient before fully and clearly explaining what to expect when inside the surgery. The appointment was quick and efficient but without feeling rushed.

The appointment booking process was clear and I was able to get through to a receptionist on my first attempt.

In these particularly challenging times, I hope that all staff at Branch End feel proud of the great job that they are doing.
