About: Ashfields P/Care Centre

Just a quick important comment about test results. My wife has had two tests, one chest X-ray and one sputum test. On both occasions when ringing for results we were told they were clear. But after following up with the doctor there was something showing on the X-ray and a bacterial infection in the sputum. If we hadn’t followed up because of continued illness we would not of known of these problems. Are staff checking the results aware of the importance of the correct answer. Apart from these instances Ashfields is a fantastic health care centre and thank you for all your hard work through this difficult time.

Please be assured that GPs and Advanced Nurse Practitioners do look at results carefully, and take action on any abnormality on any blood test result or scan.
