About: Smallfield Surgery

Just dropped by to deliver our midwife letter. Had 3 day old in pram. Reception so engrossed in their conversation they couldn’t even bring themselves to say congratulations. We’ve all been tested and passed as Covid free, as part of the birth and the reception was totally empty. Oh well.

I am very sorry to hear that your experience was not up to the level that our receptionists usually strive to provide.
