About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Whipps X paramedics 'A Positive' and 'B Positive' responded very quickly and were brilliant, treating me like an old friend en route to A.& E. All necessary tests and checks were carried out promptly and efficiently in A.& E. I was kept fully informed at all times by both the doctor and nursing staff and could not have asked for better or kinder treatment

A wonderful family of carers not forgetting the helpful auxiliary staff. I was able to return home the same day, 30th May, in time for my wife's birthday the next day. Phew!

If possible please pass on my thanks to the London Ambulance Service team who were based at Whipps Cross.

As you say, the personal touch and connection is key, and sometimes simple things which may not be immediately obvious when you are close to the situation, can make a huge difference.
