"End of year-long MBT Therapy"

The MBT therapy group has had a big impact on my life and changed it for the better,  My social contacts have improved and how I manage day to day situations in my life, from battles in my personal life to certain emotions, I couldn't be happier with how the group went.

I wouldn't change the group too much because with every group there are different personalities so I think it's really helpful.  The group was massively helpful for me as I archived an understanding of myself and my emotions.

I found 2 facilitators helpful however I did find that my 1:1 worker, who had more knowledge of me personally, was easier to talk to.
