"Top quality telephone follow up"

Some three weeks ago I requested an increase in my anti depressant medication because of a poor sleep pattern and related problems. Today I had the programmed follow up call from the practice with an extremely helpful member of staff who carried out the full questionnaire and then discussed my medication with me in detail. We agreed to continue at the present dose for another few weeks and then to have another review with a view to reducing the dose. All in all, a very satisfactory result and one which left me feeling that the practice cared and was making sure that everything was as it should be.
