"Awful Admin"

About: Leyton Healthcare 4th Floor

Both my wife and I registered with this practice in February 2020 as the one situated the floor below was closing down. Everything fine until my wife go back a month later to book an appointment, only to be told she is not registered here. My wife pointed out that she did come to see the nurse to do the full registration and even shown the date but the receptionist was looking at her like she was having hallucinations maybe. I'm on repeat medication so in May I made contact to get my new supply, surprise surprise only to be told I'm not registered! but at least this time the receptionist acknowledge that they had some problems and yes some patients got deleted 'by mistake' so my wife was not dreaming after all. So now having to stress to get my medecine in time as it's for HBP and the treatment can't be stopped and i'm running out. From my dealing with this practice, it seems that the admin/receptionist are worse than the previous one on the 3rd floor which is quite an achievement (I thought this was impossible to achieve!), so I really wanted to congratulate the practice for achieving this.
