"referral appointment"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Neurology

(as a service user),

hi I have Charcot-Marie-Tooth and in a lot of pain my gp wanted me to have further pain relief. I could not get an appointment locally so I saw a consultant at the rivers and he started me on  new drug. I was only given enough for 28 days and as it was on the controlled list, and I could only get them from the Hospital for 6 months before my GP could prescribe them to me, so not had any since.

GP said for me to get a referral for whipps cross as he wanted to see me  again for further treatment that was beginning of march and was told if not heard within two weeks to get in touch with them - I have not heard a thing and lots and lots of phone calls and emails and messages being left I have not had 1 reply to any of them, so I really dont know what I can do anymore thanks regards
