I’ve been with this practice for years and I have to say compared to my old practice is amazing.i feel that the doctors listen and care they take note of what you are saying and don’t just brush you off At one stage the doctor seeing me wasn’t quite sure what was going on as I was a few days lost operation I couldn’t get through to the hospital so tried the doctors she spent quite a while with me well over the allocated 10mins and it was at the end of the day. she was really helpful and interested in my operations as one is quite a new surgery. She asked me to wait around for my hospital consultant to call back as she didn’t want me to have a wasted journey going to the hospital unnecessary if she could prescribe Or advise me.I am under 30 and have a long-standing health condition and am on quite a few medications which isn’t idea but I have to have regular contact with my gp about my condition even if it’s just checking up. When I have a change in dosage within a few weeks I always get a call to see how I’m getting on. I use the online system to make appointments which for me is a lot easier as I can see the day’s and time’s and can book what’s good for me. I’ve had to call and speak to a gp during the covid19 outbreak and when I called up asking for a telephone appointment was called back by a doctor within 2 hours. And considering it wasn’t an emergency and what is going on I thought it was really good and In great time. I live in the same area as my parents and the attend a different doctors and even they comment on how good my doctors seem to be compared to theirs
