(as a service user),

I have been to the Mermaid Centre today for a 2ww mammogram and ultrasound.  The care I received was excellent.  The whole environment/service has obviously been designed to make the visit to the centre as easy and stress free as possible, whilst maintaining the patients' dignity at all times.  Everyone I came across was polite, friendly, efficient and empathetic.  I would like to especially thank Professor Drew, Dr Kerekes,  Louise, Sally and Nicky.
