(as the patient),

I had a colonoscopy procedure which was carried out a week ago and I had been very nervous beforehand but the treatment I had was just wonderful. The nursing staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and managed to create an atmosphere that was almost homely. The team who carried out the colonoscopy were reassuring and in every way excellent professionals.
