About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

my mother lives alone in England, has been unwell since friday and after being in excrutiating pain and unable to cope eventaully was brought to A&E yesterday. Her ultimate goal to get back home to her own suroundings was achieved with your proffesionalism, swift treatment in difficult times and much empathy. The doctor treating taking time to reasure me over the telephone that all was well and under control, this was done with much proffesionalism and discretion helping to relieve much of the worry that Ma was in good hands. so very much appreciated from my sister and I(an A&E nurse myself in Israel) who both reside abroad at this very complicated and chalenging time. Thankyou
