"My appreciation for the response to my calls"

About: South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

This is a simple story, no drama.   I called 111 for advice about serial vomiting.   My information was carefully noted and relevant questions asked of me.   Later I had the promised call from a clinician.   I thought I was better but after a relapse I called 111 again.   Once more I received careful attention.   The clinicians proved too occupied to call me this time within a reasonable time so what I particularly appreciated was a call from 111 at midnight to tell me that and ask if I wanted to cancel my request to talk with one, so that I could go to bed.   I  cancelled, but with a warm feeling of thanks.
