"Gynaecology outpatients clinic appointment"

l received  my Gynaecology OPA after getting referred from my GP , l did think due to the Covid 19 situation , clinic appointments would be suspended . So when l recieved mines really quickly , l was a bit apprehensive and nervous to attend, thinking the worst case  senario 

But on arriving my fears went right out the window , Michelle the ANP was lovely as were the other 2 nurses. She explained why l was there , what was going to happen and then what every step of the procedure was and what my options were post procedure. 

After the procedure , she gave me contact numbers , email address etc if l had any questions . l cant thank her and her team enough for all their help and reassurance today , they made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. As an nurse myself l know how important it is to make the patient feel at ease and they certainly did that
