I cannot thank this team enough. I was left in so much pain with infection and swelling from a failed wisdom tooth extraction by my Dentist. The Dentist would not see me during Covid-19, when the swelling was nearing blocking my airway I went to A & E who referred my to the Max Fax team. I got an appointment straight away and the Dr removed the rest of the tooth and root. She took a biopsy to see if I had oral cancer. It was a bloody procedure that required stitches. All the team were extremely professional in administrating the care I needed. I will always be truly grateful to the team for being such brave and caring front line workers.
