"Poor Care"

About: Avenue House

(as a service user),

I have found the Staff at Avenue House are very rude and unprofessional. I feel that if you pull them up on something, they will deflect and victimise the patient, not comfortable with their imcompetence being factually challenged. It feels like staff make assumptions, stigmatise and would not hesitate to throw you under the bus to protect or satisfy their egos. It feels like asking for help from a Narcissist, it feels best to not engage.
